Arrests for Possession of Synthetic Marijuana

Suspects: Robert Agee, 30, of the 800 block of North 8th Street, arrested on charges of trafficking in synthetic drugs, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance
Domonika Hoskins, 24, of the 800 block of North 8th Street, arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and trafficking in synthetic drugs

Two people were arrested after a traffic stop revealed synthetic drugs in their vehicle.

Robert Agee and Domonika Hoskins face multiple charges, ranging from possession of marijuana to endangering the welfare of minor.

A vehicle occupied by Agee and Hoskins was stopped just before 2 p.m. Wednesday by Paducah Police Department Drug and Vice Enforcement detectives. They were aware that both Agee and Hoskins were charged in warrants from Johnson County, IL.

During the stop, the officers found synthetic marijuana and money believed to be related to drug sales.

The detectives obtained a search warrant for the home Agee and Hoskins share with Hoskins’ three small children. During a search there, the detectives found a loaded handgun that had been reported stolen, and eight pounds of synthetic marijuana, commonly referred to as “Spice.” They also found scales and materials to package and distribute the drug, marijuana and an Alprazolam pill.

Both Agee and Hoskins were booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
