Compost Facility Reopens Tomorrow

After being closed for the past few days due to routine grinding of brush, the City of Paducah Compost Facility located at 1560 North 8th Street will reopen to the public on Saturday, April 28.  Please note that wood chips will not be available for the next few weeks.  Compost is available for purchase starting tomorrow.

The regular operating schedule for the Compost Facility is Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.  It is closed on Sunday.  When fully stocked with materials, the Facility has wood chips and compost available for purchase by the bucket load.  An approximately two yard bucket load of wood chips is $10 while the compost costs $20.
