Each Thursday this month, the McCracken County Extension Office Master Chefs are teaching cooking classes at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.  The theme is quick meals; but the method of cooking is different each week.  For Thursday, June 21, learn how to cook entire meals by using only a microwave.  On Thursday, June 28, grilling will be the cooking method.

The classes start at 5:30 p.m.  Recreational activities will be provided for children during the cooking demonstrations.  The classes are free for Paducah Recreation Center members and only $1 per class for non-members.  To register for a class, call Amie Clark at the Parks Services Department at 444-8677.  The deadline to register is noon on the Wednesday before each class.

Please note that the June 14 cooking class has been cancelled due to a lack of participants.  Each class needs a minimum of ten people pre-registered.
