Mission Statement
The mission of Paducah Parks Services is to provide an affordable and positive comprehensive system of recreation programs designed to enhance the quality of life for the residents of the City of Paducah as well as surrounding communities. We will strive to organize and implement leisure pursuits that promote the mental, social, and physical well being of all actively or passively participating citizens regardless of socioeconomic background, race, creed or religion.

Noble Park Pool
The Nobe Park Pool will open for the seaon on Memorial Day, May 27, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The spray pad which replaces the baby pool will open in early June. For more information, visit Noble Park Pool.

Spring and Summer Classes
Check out our latest newsletter full of classes and events scheduled for this spring and summer! We offer a variety of art classes along with Aikido, Mid-East Dance, Yoga and much more. Check back regularly for updates, as we do add classes from time to time. There are also Community Events the whole family can enjoy, such as Movies in the Park and Paducah Regatta.

Leadership In Training (LIT) - Jr. Lifeguard Program
These two voluntary work programs are intended to train youth for working in these fields. The LIT program is for youth 14 and up. The Jr. Lifeguard program is for youth ages 12 and up. Program participants will be scheduled to work shifts similar to what the staff are scheduled. All applicants will be interviewed, and selected applicants will be assesed the program fee before they can begin training.

After School Program
Paducah Parks Services will be offering an After School Program for children currently enrolled in K - 5th grades. Afterschool will be Monday - Friday, 3:15 - 6 p.m. at the Paducah Recreation Center. Call 444-8508 for more information.

Paducah Dog Park
The Paducah Dog Park is located inside Stuart Nelson Park and features two fenced areas for dogs to play, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Each area is equipped with water areas, doggie bags, and free space for the dogs to play. Hours of Operation: Sunday - Saturday, 6am-9pm. Rules and regulations apply and are posted on site.

Parks Department Television Programs
To view television programs, including Tot School, produced by the City and the television department at West Kentucky Community and Technical College, click Video Clips. Programs include Touch a Truck and Tot School.
