The City of Paducah has two housing options through its Section 8 program. 

The first is the traditional rental assistance voucher program.  On November 7, 2012, the waiting list for federal housing assistance from the City of Paducah Section 8 Housing Program will be closed until further notice. Click Notice of Waiting List Closure for details.

The second option is for homeownership.  In order to qualify for homeownership through Section 8, you must first be actively participating in the housing choice voucher program.
