Elected Officials

General Information 

The Paducah Board of Commissioners meets the first four Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, 300 South 5th Street. The 2nd and 4th Tuesday meetings are regular meetings with workshops often held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month in the same location. The general public is invited to attend.

Live Streaming

The City of Paducah live streams the Paducah Board of Commissioners meetings that are held in the City Commission Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall.  If the meeting is recorded but not streamed live, it will be posted within 24 hours on the City's Youtube Channel and this website.  Visit Live Streaming for more information.

Swearing-in Ceremony

A reception and ceremonial swearing-in of the City of Paducah Board of Commissioners was held January 3, 2017, at City Hall.  Mayor Brandi Harless and Commissioners Richard Abraham, Sarah Stewart Holland, Allan Rhodes, and Sandra Wilson were sworn in by McCracken County Family Court Judge Deanna Wise Henschel.

Mayor Brandi Harless


Mayor Brandi Harless

Paducah citizens elected Brandi Harless as mayor in November 2016 with her term beginning January 1, 2017.  A ceremonial swearing-in ceremony was held January 3, 2017.  More >>

Richard Abraham


Commissioner Richard Abraham

Richard Abraham was a High School Football All-American while attending Paducah Tilghman High School.  Commissioner Abraham attended the University of Kentucky on a football scholarship.  He completed the Mid-Continent University (18 month) Organizational Leadership Program.  More >>

Commissioner Sarah Stewart Holland

Sarah Stewart Holland was elected to the City Commission in November of 2016. A fifth generation Paducah native, Commissioner Holland works as a digital marketing consultant and is the co-host of a national political podcast, Pantsuit Politics.  More >>


Allan Rhodes


Commissioner Allan Rhodes, Jr.

Allan Rhodes, Jr. was elected as City Commissioner in November 2012.  He has lived in Paducah for more than four decades.  Commissioner Rhodes arrived in Paducah in 1966 during his junior year at Paducah Tilghman High School.  More >>


Sandra Wilson


Commissioner Sandra Wilson (Mayor Pro Tem)

Sandra Wilson was elected as City Commissioner in November 2012.  She currently is serving her third term as Commissioner.  At the January 3, 2017 meeting of the Paducah Board of Commissioners, she was elected to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.  An active community volunteer, she most recently served as chairman of Paducah Economic Development and continues to serve on the Executive Committee.  More >>
