The Jefferson Street Neighborhood is holding its annual Halloween event on Sunday, October 31 from 5 until 8 p.m.
For the safety of the trick-or-treaters, Jefferson Street will be closed from 19th Street to 27th Street with cross traffic on 21st Street. The roadways will close around 4 p.m.
Participating residents will have their porch light on.
