The West KY Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Edward Jones are holding the Turkey Trot 5K/10K run on Thursday, November 24, 2022, in downtown Paducah using Jefferson Street and Broadway. Registration will be from 6 until 7:15 a.m. in the Farmers' Market parking lot on the corner of 2nd and Monroe Streets. The race will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will conclude with an awards presentation at 10 a.m. in the Farmers' Market parking lot.
During the races, expect lanes of traffic on Broadway and Jefferson Street to be closed for runners.
5K Race Directions: Start between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Jefferson and proceed to 17th Street and Fountain Avenue. Turn right on 17th Street (Fountain Avenue), go down Monroe Street and make a u-turn to the left and proceed to Broadway, turn left onto Broadway and continue until the finish at 2nd and Water Streets.
10K Race Directions: Start between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Jefferson and proceed to 17th Street and Fountain Avenue. Turn right on 17th Street and take Fountain Avenue to Monroe Street and make a U-turn, then go down Jefferson and turn right. Make a u-turn at Howard Street and continue along Jefferson to 17th Street and turn right. Go to Broadway and proceed until the finish at 2nd and Water Streets.
