Paducah Parks & Recreation is hosting a Pumpkin Walk on the Peck Education Trail in Bob Noble Park this fall. Community members are invited to visit the Pumpkin Walk as a fun, safe, and festive way to celebrate the fall season. The 2022 Pumpkin Walk will be open daily until dusk from Friday, October 14 through Monday, October 31. Parking is available near the Nature Trail entrance and by the Noble Park Pool.
Local businesses, individuals, and organizations are encouraged to showcase their talents by registering for a scene along the Pumpkin Walk. Each scene is approximately 5 feet wide x 3 feet deep and will be provided three hay bales. The individual or group will paint one or more pumpkins and set up the pumpkins at the scene before opening day on October 14. There are 20 scenes available on a first come basis.
To reserve a spot, submit a completed Pumpkin Walk Guidelines Form to the Paducah Parks & Recreation Office located at 1400 HC Mathis Drive or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no charge to participate. Registration concludes on October 6.
