The City of Paducah along with West Kentucky Workforce and its partners is holding a job fair on Tuesday, July 30 from 4 until 6 p.m. at City Hall located at 300 South 5th Street. The City Job Fair will be a networking event that showcases job opportunities in the community. Attendees are encouraged to bring a resume as some employees may be conducting interviews at the event. The City Job Fair is free to attend and open to the public.
Employers interested in participating should register through the City of Paducah Customer Experience Department by calling 270-444-8800. There is no cost to register; however, space is limited. The deadline for an employer to register is 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.
City Manager Jim Arndt says, “As we are working hard to fill our own vacancies, I am excited we can assist other local employers by providing City Hall as a venue for this Job Fair. It’s a win for us, a win for the participating employers, and a win for job-seekers who want to meet a variety of local companies looking for talent.”
