This video features eight City employees from the Human Resources, Police, Finance, City Clerk, Information Technology, and Fire departments discussing how they embrace the value, Personal Accountability, in their jobs. In December 2018, the City of Paducah adopted a new mission statement and organizational values. The values are personal accountability, fiscal responsibility, solution-driven, customer experience, action-oriented, and every person matters.
Personal Accountability - We believe in holding each other accountable to ensure our core values are intentionally fulfilled as we strive to carry out our mission.
