Searching for Man Wanted in Fraudulent Check Investigation

Suspect:  Flavious Lee, 40, of Dyersburg, TN, charged in a warrant with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument

 

Paducah police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a fraudulent check investigation.

Det. Matt Smith said Flavious Lee is accused of depositing a fraudulent check in an account at the Baptist Health Paducah Employee Credit Union, then drawing the money out the following day. The check later was returned to the credit union as fraudulent

Lee is described as a black male, 6-feet-2 and 200 pounds.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
