Stealing Debit Card Numbers from ATMs

Suspects: Three dark-skinned males, driving a black Lexus SUV

Paducah police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three men suspected of stealing debit card numbers from local ATMs.

Det. Chris Baxter said the three obtained the debit card numbers from local bank ATMs and used those account numbers to withdraw cash and make purchases at several area stores.

Baxter cautioned residents to be aware of any activity that might be deemed odd or suspicious when making ATM withdrawls.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. Tipsters also may text their tips to "CRIMES" (274637) by entering "KyTips" followed by their information, or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website at Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
