Join Paducah Parks & Recreation in Noble Park for a free yoga series with instructor Sierra Irwin. Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Bring your own yoga mat. There is no pre-registration required. Register on site at the classes at Shelter 4 in Noble Park. Shelter 4 on is on the east side of Lake Montgomery between the pickleball courts and the Boundless playground.

Cardio Tennis for Adults is offered by Paducah Parks & Recreation and the Paducah Tennis Association this spring and will be led by local instructors. This is for tennis players of all ability levels with a fun atmosphere that includes plenty of moving. Please bring a racquet and water. All sessions will be at the Noble Park Tennis Courts. Max of 10 participants per session.
It is free to attend, but tennis players must pre-register for each session.
The Paducah Police Department will partner with McCracken County ASAP, Mercy Health, Turning Point Recovery Community Center, the Purchase District Health Department, and Four Rivers Regional Prevention Center to give the public the opportunity to prevent pill misuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs.
