Water Street near the Broadway opening to the floodwall will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4 until 8 a.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2022. An interdenominational Easter Sunrise Worship Service will be held on the riverfront beginning at 5:30 a.m. This event is organized by Lindsey Funeral Home.
