With Monday’s Juneteenth holiday, there are schedule changes for some City services.
- Curbside Recycling There will NOT be a collection on Monday, June 19. Curbside Recycling will be collected Tuesday, June 20 for Paducah households with recyclables collected on the first and third Mondays of the month.
- Garbage Collection The garbage collection schedule will NOT change for the week.
- Compost Facility The City of Paducah Compost Facility located at 1560 North 8th Street is closed to the public on Monday, June 19.
- City Hall City Hall located at 300 South 5th Street and other city offices will be closed Monday, June 19.
- Pool The Noble Park Pool is OPEN on Monday from 12 until 5 p.m.
The community is invited to attend Paducah’s 2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration presented by The NAACP and The Carson Center in partnership with the City of Paducah. Learn more about the event which will be Monday, June 19 at 5:30 p.m. at The Carson Center by visiting Juneteenth Celebration.
