The Paducah Creative and Cultural Council is conducting surveys and listening sessions to gauge the scope and needs of artists, arts and cultural organizations, and community residents.
A public listening session for individual artists will be Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Market House Theatre Studio 200 Event Room located at 200 Kentucky Avenue in downtown Paducah. The format will be similar to the listening session held earlier this month with local arts organizations.
In addition to the listening session for individual artists, the Creative & Cultural Council is requesting that artists, organizations, and community members complete surveys to help the Council create a work plan for the upcoming year.
There are four survey options. Everyone is asked to complete the public art survey and then choose one of the other surveys that best represents them (arts organization, individual artist, or community member).
The surveys are open through November 11.

To enhance arts and culture in Paducah, the City established the Paducah Creative & Cultural Council in December 2019.
