Request for Bids - 2024-2025 Concrete Program

The City of Paducah Engineering Department will receive bids for the 2024-2025 Concrete Program at 2 p.m. CST on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. All bids received will be opened and real aloud in the Team Room, First Floor, City Hall. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2 p.m. CST on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the same location.

Request for Qualifications - Construction Inspection Services for Maintenance Dredging and Disposal Activities

The City of Paducah, Kentucky, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional services firms for the purpose of assisting the City in conducting Construction Inspection for Maintenance Dredging and Disposal Activities associated with the Paducah Riverfront Development-Transient Boat Dock. The Scope of Services will consist of daily inspection, reporting of dredging operations, and review and recommendation of Contractor pay submittals.

Six (6) individual copies of the proposal should be submitted to the City of Paducah, Attn: RFQ 2023 Construction Inspection for Dredging Project, City Clerk’s Office, 300 South 5th Street, P.O. Box 2267, Paducah, KY 42002-2267 and marked on the outside with Firm name, Project Title, and RFQ number. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to Melanie Townsend, Engineering Project Manager, at mtownsendpaducahky.gov.

Request for Proposals - Keiler Park Playground Surfacing

The City of Paducah Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for pour in place rubber surfacing to be installed for a playground facility in Keiler Park in Paducah, KY.

The City of Paducah is accepting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations that are a) licensed/certified to operate in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; b) experienced in working with Kentucky Building Code; and c) experienced in working with playground and surfacing design, sales and installation, according to the national standards for Parks and Recreation Agencies.

Organizations responding to this RFP must be prepared to undertake, in the most efficient manner, all aspects of design, sales and installation of the new playground. This project is funded in part with grant funding through the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Respondents to this RFP will be expected to meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to identify those entities that are qualified and capable of completing the contracted services for the City of Paducah, Parks and Recreation Department.

Organizations are invited to submit a proposal as described herein by the submission deadline set for 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
