About Forest Hills Village Board
Forest Hills Village, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation created pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes 273 with the purpose of managing and operating the Forest Hills facility in Paducah
Forest Hills is a 96.8-acre complex just east of Mercy Health and St. Mary School System with 290 single-family, one-story homes available for rent. The property is owned by the City of Paducah with the Paducah Board of Commissioners appointing members to the five-member Forest Hills Village Board. The Forest Hills Village Board is responsible for managing and operating the rental housing project.
Board Members and Meetings
This board is composed of five members. No members may serve more than two successive terms. Appointments are made for five-year terms.
