Online Services Portal

This City of Paducah Online Services Portal help page will assist in the navigation of Paducah’s 24-hour permitting and service request system. Learn how to set up an account, apply for and manage permits, and make service requests.

Use the Online Services Portal to

  • View permit information and records (permits, plans, inspections, and code cases).
  • Apply for commercial and residential building, planning, and construction permits.
  • Submit subdivision and development proposals, rezoning plans, sign permits, etc.
  • View permit application status and reviews.
  • Schedule, cancel, and view inspection results.
  • Pay invoices and fees for building permits, plans, fines, and liens.
  • Make service requests through the 311 portal.

Business Resources

* Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) - Businesses wishing to obtain an ABC permit should contact the City Clerk.

* Business License - Apply for a Business License through the Paducah Finance Department.

* Business Services - A comprehensive page with a New Business Resource Guide, opportunities to schedule a small business assistance meeting, quick reference guide to permitting and kick-start meetings, and links to partner organizations.


Quick Reference for Permits and Plans

Set up an account - To register an account in the Online Services Portal, navigate to the Login or Register block. Enter your email address for your account. A confirmation email will be sent from the portal with a link to verify your email address. Enter a new password for your account and fill out the required information. When this step is completed, you are now ready to start using the Online Services Portal.

Apply for a permit - When you submit an online permit application in the Online Services Portal, your application will be automatically issued a permit number. Be sure to keep this number for reference. The City of Paducah Team will receive the online permit application and will review the information.

Submit additional information, revise plans, pay invoices - Use the permit number issued when you submitted your online permit application to schedule inspections, add information, and revise plans. Permits under review can be found on the Pending tab of the Portal dashboard.

Get your issued permit & inspection results - You will receive an automated email when your permit is issued. You can access and print approved/stamped documents by navigating to the Attachment tab in the permit.
