2023 Camp Noble
Camp Noble is Paducah Parks & Recreation's summer camp! This camp is for rising 1st Graders through rising 6th Graders. Camp meets at Shelter 19 and is from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Dates and weekly themes are below. Cost is $70 a week per camper (tax included). This summer camp will have a field trip every Thursday of the week.

Registration: Registration begins Wednesday, April 5. Register for Camp Noble by calling 270-444-8508, stop by the Paducah Parks & Recreation Office at 1400 HC Mathis Drive, or register online. Space is limited. Parents must fill out and submit the Camp Noble Registration Packet to the Parks & Recreation Office complete registration requirements. School’s Out Day Camps
Why not let your child get the most out of their school breaks? Ages 5 - 12 are invited for adventure, programs by outside visitors, arts & crafts and special surprises. Enjoy an opportunity to take a well-deserved break while your child is living it up at School's Out Day Camp. Campers should wear comfy clothes and sneakers. They will also need to bring their own lunch, snacks and a water bottle. Cost is $20 per day (tax included). Programming will go from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is required for each separate day. Space will be limited. School's Out Day Camp will meet and be picked up at Shelter #19 in Noble Park for the October Day Camp. Our December Day Camp will be at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Children must be enrolled in Kindergarten in order to participate.

Classes
Parks & Recreation offers many camps for youngsters and classes for adults throughout the year for people of all ages to stay active and fit and learn unique dances. Classes are offered at the Paducah Recreation Center and the Paducah Parks & Recreation office.
CANCELLATION NOTICE - Zumba (R) on Halloween night (10/31) will be moved to Tuesday, November 2nd. It will still start at 5:30 PM.
Paducah Recreation Center Membership - There are multiple membership options to participate in classes at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Individual Memberships range from $25 - $65 (tax included). Family Members are available for up to four household members. Family memberships range from $35 - $95 (tax included). - Booty Jam

- Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:15 pm
- Instructor: Bonnie Mayolo
- A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. And the best part is you don't have to be an awesome dancer to feel welcome in class. We dance to get fit and have fun so come join us! This class is for adults.
- Chair Yoga

- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 12:15 - 1 pm
- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Yoga goes to the chair with stretches that align, strengthen, and promote flexibility and strength. Standing postures are incorporated while using the chair for support. Emphasis is placed on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. We will take the body through various range of movements and end with breathing exercises and a short meditation. All ability levels for adults.
- Fitness Fusion

- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Fusion workouts that blend a variety of disciplines like yoga, pilates, boot camp, and cardio for strength, balance, stability, agility, and endurance making your workouts more functional. This class is for adults.
- Mat Yoga

- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:15 am - 12 pm
- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Step by step instruction of Hatha Yoga for all levels. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility and strength. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. We make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers. All ability levels for adults.
- Mello Mat Yoga

- Instructor: Alison Watson
- Mello Mat Yoga includes gentle hatha yoga poses and some restorative yin poses. Beginners and long-time yogis alike will enjoy this class for deep stretches and gentle exercise to loosen joints and tight muscles as well as restore balance to the mind and body. Easy breath work and guided meditation are incorporated into each class. Bring a mat or use one of ours. This class is for adults.

- Pilates improves flexibility and posture with a low-intensity workout that focuses on building a strong core. Muscles will be strengthened and minds will be put at ease. Bring a mat or use one of ours. This class is for adults.
- Slow Flow Yoga

- An afternoon yoga class that focuses on slowing down the mind and body for adults of all ability levels.
- Tai Chi/Yoga Fusion

- Wednesdays: 12:15 - 1 pm
- Instructor: Suzi Renaud
- Connect with your inner power and peace with a Tai Chi Yoga Fusion class. This slow flow practice combines yoga with the gentle fluid movements of tai chi and qi gong on and off the mat. Class ends with seated meditation. Beginners are welcome. Participants should be comfortable coming down to and up from the floor. Bring a mat. This class is for adults.

- Zumba is a workout that provides core strength, balance improvement, toning and moving your body with low-impact moves. Steps will be easy to follow for anyone at any level. You will have loads of FUN and enjoy the time you devote to your well being! This class is for adults.
